Initially, we complete an evaluation and investigation into your complete health history, health conditions, lifestyle, and dietary habits.

By examining all the areas of your health, Jonathan carefully examines potential contributing factors and links them to your specific health objectives. Working with Jonathan allows you to see how certain nutritional deficiencies, imbalances, toxins, and stress are directly correlated with your existing health status.

Customized approaches are then delivered by using the power of plant foods, lifestyle changes, (and supplements if required). More research is conducted for the following consultations, addressing the root cause of your health issues and leading you to a life of optimal wellness.
