Supportive Ginger Lemon Cinnamon Tea
There’s no better time to support your immune system than right now! This lemon ginger cinnamon tea is the perfect drink to nourish your body. It’s one of my favourite ways to start the morning and has an abundance of benefits to keep you healthy and energized.

Ingredients:
2 cups of filtered water
1” piece of ginger, peeled.
1/2 lemon
1 cinnamon stick or cinnamon powder
Directions:
1. Bring the two cups of water to a boil.
2. Grate or cut the ginger and add it to the boiling water.
3. Add a few slices of lemon with the peel in boiling water with the ginger.
4. Cover and simmer for 10-20 minutes. The longer you simmer, the stronger it gets.
5. Strain out the chunks of ginger and lemon when the time is complete, and add the cinnamon.
